No need to put the lime in the coconut and mix it all up (with apologies to Mr. Nilsson). Laine does it for you in Colleen's CocoLoco! We mix fabulously tart fresh squeezed lime juice together with rich, organic, unsweetened grated coconut and top it off with a hand-dipped cloud of sweetened flaked coconut.
