Ingredients: Gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), sugar, premium chocolate chips, pure dairy butter, pure vegetable shortening, eggs, baking soda, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt.
Allergen Information: Although we bake our Gluten Free cookies separately from our non Gluten Free cookies, our kitchen does process dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and eggs.
