Laine's Cornerstone Kitchen

We hope you enjoy our new bakery items:

• Traditional English scones that Laine's Welsh grandfather baked for her. Tender and flavorful, you can order them with or without golden raisins. 
• Bara Brith, a Welsh whole wheat tea bread dampened with tea soaked golden raisins and scented with mixed spice. 
• Hot Cross Buns. Available all year round. Halve them, toast them and slather them with butter.  Enjoy with a cuppa.  These are sticky, dense, plump, wholesome, laden with raisins, lemon zest and glazed fruit peel, and definitely British to the core. 
• Hummingbird Cake, a moist southern heaven packed with bananas, crushed pineapple, munchy pecans, and crowned with our vanilla cream cheese frosting. The frosting is packaged separately for you to spread on your cake when you receive it.

Each item is gently prepared by hand and freshly baked with the same care as Laine's cookies.  Can't finish them all at once?  No worries. They freeze beautifully, but please let them defrost completely before reheating. 

~Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to prepare and bake your order. To ensure your order arrives fresh to the recipient's door, orders are normally shipped Monday thru Wednesday but we will always try to accommodate special requests.  *If you would like Standard Overnight shipping, please place your order by phone or email no later than 9 a.m. EST. There is a charge of $25 per item for this service.

If you would like to include a gift card with your order, please enter your message in the "Special Instructions" field of your shopping cart. There is no additional charge for this service.
