At this time, Laine's Cornerstone Kitchen, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, to APO/FPO addresses, to Canada, and to some international locations. Please place your order by e-mail if you would like shipment to Canada or other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
FedEx and/or USPS are our preferred shipping carriers within the United States. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Our cookies taste their best within 2 to 4 days of delivery. Please keep your cookies refrigerated in an airtight container after you receive them as we do not use preservatives in our recipes. To extend freshness further, cookies may be removed from the box and double-wrapped in foil or plastic wrap and frozen.
Cookies can be warmed in a conventional oven at 350 degrees for approximately 2 minutes. Frozen cookies can be warmed in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or a 375 degree oven for 2-4 minutes.

Laine's Cornerstone Kitchen, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Although we have had success in UPSP Priority Mail delivering cookies within the 2 to 3 day window stated by the post office, we strongly suggest you ship FedEx 2nd Day or Standard Overnight to all midwestern and western states particularly during warmer late spring and summer months.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to process your order. To ensure your order arrives fresh to the recipient's door, all orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesday unless otherwise specified.
